qqbd Terms & Conditions

1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the qqbd platform and all its services, games, promotional offers, and transaction-related activities. qqbd is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment to Bangladeshi players in a safe and reliable environment.

By creating an account on qqbd or continuing to use its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

qqbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without reasonable notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use qqbd's services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

You must also ensure that you are not located in any jurisdiction where online gaming activities are legally prohibited. As a platform user, it is solely your responsibility to confirm your own legal standing.

3 Account Creation & Maintenance

Each user may operate only one qqbd account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

During registration, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full name and identity
• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Valid contact information

qqbd reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance if false or misleading information is provided.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your qqbd account login details completely confidential. Never share your password or login details with any third party.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the qqbd support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activities that occur on their account.

5 Account Suspension or Closure

qqbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Abuse of bonus terms for personal gain
• Operating multiple accounts
• Activities intended to harm other users
• Threats or harassment toward qqbd or its staff

Whether the net balance of a closed account will be returned is at qqbd's sole discretion and will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on qqbd is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same minimum amount applies for each payment method.

qqbd currently supports the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

7 Welcome Bonus & Conditions

qqbd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the original bonus amount.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳37,000

Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is: ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this wagering amount is completed.

Bonus offers apply to one account only and to one member per household. If bonus abuse is proven, the entire bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

8 VIP Program

qqbd's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. qqbd reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

9 Gaming Conduct

The following code of conduct must be followed when playing games on the qqbd platform:

• Using any software, bots, or automated processes to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to gain improper winnings by exploiting technical errors on the platform is prohibited.

If these rules are violated, qqbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant winnings and close the account.

10 Technical Errors & Disputes

Results or payouts displayed incorrectly due to technical errors, server issues, or software faults are not valid, and qqbd reserves the right to cancel them.

If there is a dispute regarding any game result or transaction, the support team must be contacted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints made after 30 days may not be considered.

11 Data Collection & Use

qqbd uses your personal information solely for service delivery, identity verification, financial transaction processing, and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming Commitment

14 Limitation of Liability

qqbd is not responsible for:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues
• Delays caused by technical issues with third parties (payment gateways, game providers)
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics)
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence

qqbd's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

15 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the qqbd website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of qqbd. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

16 Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, all remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
